Pleasant

Liked: The toilet seat was damaged, the toilet bowl was stained, and around the sink had lots of black molds. I'm very disappointed with a 4-star hotel.Luckily, the manager and staff were excellent. The manager changed to a cleaned room for us.
Disliked: The dirty room.
