Great place , worth paying...

Liked: Great staff, location and comfortablePaid breakfast was awesome. Plenty to choose from, however after 4 days of no change of buffet was enough.
Disliked: Thought the dinner menu was expensive , the kids menu was pretty average. None of us like thin shoe string Chips.

Good, but not too great

Liked: Location, comfortable beds
Disliked: I could see a layer of dust outside kettle outside. We had 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) but the hotel only gave us 2 bath towels, while other hotels in New Plymouth and Taupo gave us 4 bath towels while other places always give us 4. The aircon unit in the room has only 18 degrees setting when being turned on, and it didn’t allow us to turn temperature up.
