Liked: Nice location good staff
Disliked: There was no slipper there was no toothpaste - The person doesnt clean the room properly during room service no vacuum cleaner used

Modern room

Liked: The room was modern and the bed was extremely comfy. It had a great shower.

Either Booking.com or Novotel screwed...

Liked: Clean. Ok.
Disliked: On arrival, they denied receiving my booking even though I had all the confirmations from booking.com and, indeed, messages from the hotel.

Very good hotel, convenient location.

Liked: Breakfast was great, lots of different options. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was very good, close to Lambton Quay and the waterfront.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is a bit tricky to get back to at night, especially with the elevator closed after 7pm.
