Novotel Warszawa Airport

Liked: We liked the Hotel allocation close to the airport. We also like a room and especially breakfast. I was our third staying at you hotel. We'll use it in the future.

Its amazing

Liked: Clean, Room is wide, and everything was good

Good hotel, good location, complimentary...

Liked: As always, we like staying at Novotel hotels. Nice and clean hotels, good location, free transfer to the airport in the morning, but make sure to book it in advance, they will call you a taxi.
Disliked: The staff are generally ok, but not like super friendly.

Very good

Liked: Ambience was good and close to Airport
Disliked: Airconditioning was not that great very hot and to turn it down several times.

Passable

Disliked: The staff was friendly. The room was in a bad condition, was not very clean, fridge did not work, there was no WiFi, bathroom and toillet doors was broken,we couldn't close them. The phone for room service didn't work. We visit a lot of hotels in Warsaw and unfortunately this was The worst experience so far.

Exceptional

Liked: My son love this hotel because there is a play room.I like local food and interior. The room is clean. I like everything.
Disliked: I don’t have dislikes.

Pleasant

Disliked: Was loads of dust and old moalded food left in the cabinet. No spoons fo tea and cofee. Coffe bag was only for one cup and we slept two nights and two adulds…

Disappointing

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location with great facilities. Kids corner near reception, restaurant had a very tasty food. Unexpected room upgrade was a very nice surprise.
Disliked: It was a shame that the air conditioning wasn't turned on in the hotel.
