Great location and comfortable beds.
Liked: I really appreciated the comfortable beds, the cleanliness of the room, and how spacious everything was. It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, there wasn’t a coffee and tea area downstairs. Although the room had coffee and tea facilities, I would have appreciated having decaf coffee available in a common area, as many other hotels offer.

Overpriced, run down and dirty...
Liked: Dinner and drinks were great. Service was great. Staff were all great. We also used the hot tub which was great but the pool was far too cold to use.
Disliked: Our room was dusty and had marks on the wall. The bathroom doors were like cupboard doors that did not close fully, had no lock and had a gap in the middle. zero privacy. There was nowhere to top up water but there was an ice machine and a microwave. There were only two creamers so only one of us could have coffee- which wasn't great anyway. There was also silverfish in our bathroom which happens but reflected the lack of cleanliness. For over $200 a night, it was not worth it.

Liked: The Front Desk staff were polite and welcoming, and my room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.
Disliked: While my overall stay was comfortable, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. First, the shower system in the room was not intuitive and lacked any signage or instructions on how to operate it. Having stayed at many hotels, I found this setup to be quite different and confusing, and clearer guidance would have been appreciated.Additionally, during breakfast at Trio 3, the service was underwhelming. Staff were not particularly attentive — for example, no one offered a refill on my drink, and some team members were engaged in extended conversations with other guests while others were left waiting. A more attentive and balanced approach to guest service would go a long way in enhancing the dining experience.
