Very comfortable and the lication...

Liked: Clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a kettle in the room but we asked and they gave us one. Complementary robes and slipers in the room, it felt like home from home. It was very comfortable.
Disliked: The sink in the plug didntworksoyoucouldntfill the sink, but that really wasn’t that much of a problem

Convenient and practical stay.

Liked: The hotel was very near the subway, which we used every day. It was very convenient. The housekeeping was really good and reliable. Rooms were really clean. The reception area felt a bit sterile and aside from when we checked in the staff made no effort to say good morning etc. We didn't use the bar/restaurant area as we were out every day. Rooms were a good size with plenty of space and storage. We were at the hotel for a week. The bathroom looked a little tired and the bathroom doors meant the bathroom wasn't very private.
Disliked: The bathroom needed a bit of updating and overall lacked a friendly atmosphere.

Not bad!

Liked: Great area to do some shopping and get food (even late night options). Beds were also comfortable!
Disliked: Minor details about the bathroom (could use more storage, our toilet had a brief issue but it was quickly fixed).
