Great option in North York...

Liked: Nice hotel, great area, access to the subway from inside, restaurants in the attached mall were great!
Disliked: Beds were a bit creaky but still comfortable.

Liked: Location near metro facilities and room and service

It was okay

Liked: The breakfast was hot , lots of selection and the staff was amazing.
Disliked: There was several hairs in the tub as we entered the room. The room was okay but not to the calabore we paid for. We requested extra pillows which they did bring but we requested a couple other items that were not in the room and we were told to come get them. The safe didn't work so I could not lock my valuables up.

Liked: Worst accor hotel we have stayed.
Disliked: Wifi was terrible. Charging phone wifi outlet was near impossible. Couldn’t get phone charged up. We were given a room where noise coming from some fan outside on top of roof outside the room. Asked to change to another room which is ok but still hear some drilling noise up till around 9pm.

Liked: There is a worker at the front desk, I don't know his name.He worked at late night, and he was super kind and nice.It was our first day staying in there, he made us get satisfied with the service.
Disliked: The worker(I don't know her name either) was quite rude.She looked kind of busy but that wouldn't be any excuse to make any customers' mood terrible.We were told to be able to get 2 bottles of water daily when they clean the room.And she said if we want more watter, we got to charge of it.Charging of it was fine but her attitude was way too bad.Also housekeeping was bad as well.When we got a hotel's rule, they said your room is cleaned at every 8 A.M.But when we left later than 8 A.M., the room wasn't cleaned.It had been almost 10 hours not to be cleaned room.Even we upsidedowned the room sign, they didn't care about it.Stayed in the hotel was not worth.This hotel service ruined our precious vacation.
