Disliked: The front desk staff treated my colleague very badly when she tried to check in.

Reaonably priced with great facilities...

Liked: This is a nice, reasonably priced hotel. It is present in North York so slightly far from the city centre. However, its big positive is that its a 5 min walk from the subway station which will connect you to the heart of the city so its extremely convenient while being reasonably priced. The room is comfortable as is the washroom, with all amenities that you would need including iron/ironing stand. Great for a business trip.
Disliked: The outside/facade could be better. The reception area could be improved. Althought the rooms themselves are very nice.

Liked: Great access to the subway easy parking great view
Disliked: The bathroom door needs some work and there’s not enough room for two people to enjoy sitting in the window area. But other than that it’s awesome
