Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean and well kept
Disliked: Staff wasn’t very pleasant. AC wasn’t working. Roadworks around hotel so couldn’t even rest properly… You’d definitely expect more from 4* hotel that was quite expensive looking at the fact that Szczecin is not very touristic city.

Liked: Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, spa was clean!

Perfect family hotel with spa.

Liked: Spa area is very good! Jacuzi was constantly bobling. Nice playroom for kids with interesting toys. I like water automats with sparkling water in every floor. Very friendly stuff. Thank you for our perfect stay and for Easter present to our daughter. She likes the bunny very much.

Very comfortable

Liked: The location was excellent - very central. The room was very comfortable with very comfy bed and a really great work light. Very hard to get this in a hotel so excellent re lighting. The business centre was also very bright and comfortable.
Disliked: If the hotel would like to know the reason for not reaching excellent from us we will share privately.Regarding the business centre; Perhaps an attendant to provide a personalized service would work better regarding refreshments during the two breaks. Just a thought as we managed ourselves.
