We like staying at Novotel...

Liked: Friendly staff and clean facilities. Great place for kids!
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room was horrible, it was cooler in the hallway and the room was very warm.

Great location downtown

Liked: Great location in the center, walking distance from the maritime museum, etc. We had a car, and the garage was easy to access. Just note that it's on the other side of the building from the reception. The swimming pool was nice and warm.

Superb

Liked: Excellent location, nice, clean room, comfortable beds. Friendly stuff. Good breakfast choices. Close to the main city attractions. The pool and gym were a nice bonus to the stay.
