Liked: Location…Perfect. Walk everywhere
Disliked: I had a wonderful room with balcony access . The only downside was that I went to sit at the table and chairs on the balcony and the table top( I’m guessing the chairs too) were filthy . I only noticed because I spilled my coffee so wiped it up and the cloth was black. The table didn’t look dirty but it was .

Liked: Our room was booked as harbour view room and when we got there we noticed a huge building going up in front of the hotel. I queried this and the receptionist explained they had changed the advert to harbour facing (after we had booked)To be fair we did have a reasonable view but not nearly as good as the previous timeproximity to light railMain restaurant open sunday night a beautiful meal
Disliked: as above the reduced view with the building in frontThe rooms could do with redecorating particulary the bathroomAlso as accorplus members we gave our card after dining one of the nights with reduced menu and were told because we selected the special which was roast of the day we didnt get the discount I suggested they should have told us prior to us ordering as we would have ordered something else

Liked: Location was great. Common areas were lovely. Buffet breakfast was amazing!.Room was comfortable
Disliked: Seems unavoidable but the view is now disrupted with building works in front.Door card was hit and miss and needed alot of strength to open door to room

Liked: No proper service My room had a connected door to another room , whn i checked it the doors of other room was open n tht room was so dirty n messed The water kettle had burnt end n was not ok

Liked: We stayed for our sons birthday, the concierge lady upgraded us free of charge. The rooms were very clean
Disliked: The wifi didnt work
