Liked: Great size rooms, clean and great service
Disliked: No complimentary water in either roomOne room had toothbrushes the other didn't One room had hot chocolate the other didn't. These are small things but when travelling are needed especially just a bottle of complimentary water, water is normally supplied. When In major cities it cost $ 25 to buy our family one bottle of water to have each in the room.

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: When I arrived I called about the room having a strong paint smell. Staff advised they would speak to their manger and we never received a response. We mentioned it again and still no response.Another time we booked in the tennis court and rackets for 3pm. The rackets were not back by 3pm. We were told we would get a call when the rackets were available and back at reception. We never received a call and we never got to play tennis.

Liked: Proximity to city.Spacious family room.Hotel bar area was family-friendly, welcoming & had great views.
Disliked: The shower water was only luke-warm.
