Would stay again , and...

Liked: The location and staff were fantastic
Disliked: Was disappointed at checkin as we were told they would call us when room was ready yet they forgot we rang at 6pm, also found the breakfast to be quiet expensive for what was on offer signage would be good to know that you can order a coffee and order eggs cooked your way didnt realise till we saw someone get some delivered as we finished the instant coffee and the very creamy scrambled eggs

Venue was outstanding to access...

Liked: Location was outstanding for our needs. The majority of the staff were lovely
Disliked: Male staff member on desk was dismissive, arrogant and rude. Failed to listen & work with us to find a solution to an issue. We ultimately waited and approached a female staff whom we explained the situation to & it was quickly resolved.We were also disappointed with the availability of room service. It was advertised as 24hr yet this was not the case. Unfortunately we were left hungry & thirsty after assuming we could order in when we arrived back at 12am. Not life threatening, just annoying after a big day.
