Disliked: They didn't have my booking from booking.com registered even though I paid. It took too long to get the room heated, we thought it wasn't working, but a staff eventually came by and said it takes time. The full flush toilet didn't work well had to flush several times. We paid $50 each for a buffet breakfast where the food was stale, not fresh, ran out of cold meats, very disappointing.

Excellent facility in a superb...

Liked: Breakfast was good but breakfast staff were very slow and uninterested. The chef’s were very good though.The cocktail bar was great and the Italian bar manager was exceptional, super friendly and knowledgeable, he made some great cocktails that were both on and off the menu for us.
Disliked: Breakfast room waiting staff, especially the ones wearing black uniforms were grumpy and slow….Not a good look for the place as all other staff were great.
