Superb

Liked: Everything went really well. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We had difficulty getting our streaming service to work on the TV. The lifts were too small for the number of visitors in the hotel. Something to improve in the future.

Exceptional

Great spot for beach walks

Liked: Great location across the road from Manly Beach and around the corner from the Corso.
Disliked: Surprised by the lack of cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel

Great stay

Liked: Beautiful hotel and close to everything
Disliked: Had to pay for parking and had to book sauna to be able to use

Lovely, elegant and sophisticated but...

Liked: Room was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Views were incredible! Bathroom towel hooks are far too close to shower and to each other to be able to use … and the room wasn’t serviced timeously and we had to ask.
