Great staff, facilities and comfortable...

Liked: Friendly staff & great facilities for the short time we used the hotel. A light dinner in the bar area and breakfast were both excellent. We visited over the Easter weekend and thought the decorations and touches to this were very sweet!

Best place to be for...

Liked: We got in late and it was nice we could still get a snack at the bar. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Had to catch an early flight and taxi was arranged. All smooth sailing.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast
Disliked: Shower wasn't step in.Air-conditioner temp wasn't correct.

Liked: The proximity to the airport.
Disliked: Very basic and a bit dated. Shower over the bath needs updating. No microwave

Pleasant

Liked: great location and food places around. easy access to city via trains
Disliked: elevator is a nightmare. broken or too busy. staff does not know where are the stairs to take upstairs. concerning if it is a fire!!

A restful night but more...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The ‘bath’ in the bathroom was small and not in keeping with the room. The availability of room service was confusing, as was availability of food at the property’s bar and restaurant.

Good hotel but not reliable

Liked: Shuttle available - close to the airport
Disliked: Even though we had reserved a long time ago, they told us they had no space for our family and were overbooked. I had to argued with them to get my rooms, and I got them.
