Liked: Location mint and liked the cafe in the lobby
Disliked: Cost outweighed what you got. I get you pay for location but I’ve stayed in some amazing locations all over the world and this was definitely overpriced for a brand like novotel. You’re not the ritz.

Comfortable hotel in a good...

Liked: The hotel is well located and has cafe and restaurant on site. There is also an indoor and outdoor gym and a small pool. The room was large enough and all normal facilities were there
Disliked: A number of items of gym equipment were broken. The restaurant was expensive for what it was and the cafe was an afterthought

Great location, great facilities just...

Liked: The pool, bar and restaurant area are all great. The facilities outside the room were all clean and great.
Disliked: The air conditioning wouldn’t work because the filter was SO blocked like they haven’t been serviced in forever (my husband is an aircon tech and checked the filter). The room wasn’t clean at check in. There was scum build up on and around the shower head and someones used ear buds under the bed.
