Liked: A great location to explore the harbour end of the city. Convenient for the OperaHpuse and ferries, and city tram etc. Close to huge number of cafes, and not too far from all the shopping areas
Disliked: The only issue we had was with the pillows. Its fine to have 2 pillows, but at least one should be slimmer and/or firmer. Both pillows were too thick and elastic/spring back, so it was not possible to be as comfortable as we would wish with a lower former pillow position. The bed itself was very comfortable

Ok - not good VFM

Liked: Its location was perfect and accessible to most Sydney CBD locations.
Disliked: I don’t feel like I got much value for money, the room was small, coffee was Nescafé blend 43….which didn’t align with the cost of the hotel. Staff were ok - but not overly friendly. Room service is overpriced for what it is and you have a $5 charge on top. Parking was very tight and expensive.

Disliked: For the price the room was in poor condition. The carpet was old, cracked tiles in the bathroom, lots of dust on the edges of cabinets etc. room just wanted up to standard for the price we paid

Staff were incredible, location incredible...

Liked: The over night staff where absolutely incredible. The gentleman on the desk went above and beyond for us.
Disliked: The mould all in our shower, it looked like it had never been cleaned. It's was all throughout the floor of the shower and it made me feel sick having to shower in it.
