Liked: Location was good, staff were mostly friendly
Disliked: Beds, way too soft, very uncomfortable, all three of us had a horrible sleep (4nights)

Liked: Location was perfect for us
Disliked: No ramp at the entrance and had to carry luggage up the stairs

Liked: Good location near to Central station, Chinatown and Botany bay.
Disliked: The room, which I believe was similar to most of the others, was large but poorly lit. The bathroom however was small and was arranged so that you step out of the bath right next to the toilet. Pool too cold to use in winter.
