Liked: Great location, nice buffet breakfast, descent room size, cleanness and friendly staff
Disliked: Room ventilation, particularly bathroom ventilation, was not good.Carpets have seen better days but still OK. However, what really annoyed me, and possibly was not hotel's fault, was that there was no sign to lead you to the parking bay with EV charger and there was no sign asking others not to park in the EV charger bay if they were not charging an EV. During 3 days of our stay, the EV charger bay was occupied by non-EV cars because it was close to the lifts.

Liked: The hotel was in a very good location, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! Our room was big and not too bad for Sydney.
Disliked: The pillows are AWFUL. They are all old and lumpy. We had 4 pillows and all of them were terrible and lumpy - I had a replacement pillow and it was just as bad. I hardly slept because of this, so it was very disappointing to have something as silly as a bad pillow ruin my sleep each night here. Also, there was an event on the street that the hotel doesn’t mention to you which kept us up very late as well. We thought there was a hot tub from the pictures - it is in fact not a hot tub. Wish there was!

Liked: Location very close to centre, and offered bag storage when I arrived early.Breakfast good.
Disliked: I'd paid for a better room - which really felt very basic - and the hotel overall felt like it needed a refurb.Additionally, the pool wasn't heated and absolutely freezing - making it unusable. It is also extremely small.
