Overall a great stay

Liked: The breakfast was superb, couldn’t be faulted. The buffet has everything one could wish for and was delicious.
Disliked: The floor in our room was filthy and had clearly been either forgotten or the clean was a rush job. Also, we only had two glasses, two mugs, and only one facecloth for a party of 4 guests so that was disappointing.

Would not stay again

Disliked: broken paths, dated, poor lighting in rooms, toilet seat broken, crack in sink, mould in shower, lack of food options, no gluten free, plastic glasses even inside, no buggy from conference centre,

Disliked: No foxtel and mould in bathroom shower. Heaters not on outside and bar closed on inside for much of day

Sailing is fun, however hotel...

Liked: Some staff were very nice. Sailing was fun and a good experience for the kids. The pool would be nice in summer.
Disliked: This hotel hasn't really changed in 30 years, particular the hotel rooms, very outdated. Staff need more training, you will get a different answer from every staff member from the same question, it's very frustrating not getting a straight answer. Got overcharged without even an apology. Some staff look so unhappy. They made a big deal out of a kids program, but in reality not much happens, and we were disappointed that the kids room was unopen the weekend we were there (apparently the room had been allocated for something else).
