Liked: The location is ok. There are many services restaurants around.
Disliked: The room bathroom design is a (Joke). They used caravan style plastic walls. The floors of bathroom are higher and sounds when moving over it. The girl at reception is unfriendly and unpolit. She just enjoyed eating breakfast at the restaurant and reacted nervously when asked to provide utensils.The hotel cleaness is very poor, specially the elevators and the haul way. The receiption staff never smile or show any kind of welcome.

Enjoyable comfortable stay!

Liked: Really close to an underground train station (several really) so made it incredibly easy to get around, while also being in a quiet area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it was very clean!
Disliked: The toilet in the room was a bit odd, felt like an airplane toilet - but that’s an observation not a dislike.

Disliked: We forgot a jacket in the restaurant post breakfast, went back to pick it up but it was not there. No staff member was ready to take any ownership, except an Indian lady who worked there and found it next day.
