At best, it should be...

Liked: The location was good close to metro.
Disliked: The staff is far from being polite, the exact bad experience cliché you can have in Paris. Didn t have water till 17:00 and even though they knew they didn t tell us in the morning when we arrived!

Ok place however right in...

Liked: Not sure... ate outside. However, looked like a pretty small place to eat breakfast.
Disliked: Right in front for the Metro Station.

Very comfortable

Liked: Very spacious and at reasonable price. While it is not located very close to Paris main attractions, there is a metro station just outside, thus very convenient. Excellent for families. Credits for having a bath tab and a shower!
Disliked: Our booking was without breakfast but it costs 20€ per person which feels pricey.
