Lovely hotel but price not...

Liked: Great room (small suite) which was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Quoted price on Booking.com & previously confirmed room for 3 adults, but charged an extra 150€ upon check-in

A very comfortable stay in...

Liked: Our suite was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was well-lit and spacious - it was great to have tissues (not in every hotel!), quality shampoo and soap products and a good hairdryer - the shower was good and easy to control.We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk into the centre of Montpellier - easy!The staff were all welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: If we hadn’t read in other reviews that it’s necessary to bring your own plates and cutlery, etc, to use in the (very nice) kitchenette it would have made the area almost useless and also frustrating to have had to go out to buy even just paper plates. Perhaps the hotel could have a system whereby basic items like plates, cutlery, dishcloth etc could be loaned with maybe a returnable deposit when the items are returned at the end of a stay? Or, it should be stated on the hotel website that these items are not supplied.

I will surely chose this...

Liked: The room/suite was huge, super comfortable and well designed. Could (should) have stayed the whole week.

not to be over looked

Liked: The place was spotless, very friendly staff, the room was great and breakfast was exactly how it should have been, can't recommend it enough and we will definitely be back the next time we are in the city.
Disliked: nothing springs to mind, which shows how good our stay went

overnight stop at Novotel

Liked: Good location, plenty of restaurants nearby. We booked a suite, so it was very spacious.
Disliked: Plastic sheet on bed, very uncomfortable. Over-priced for the quality
