Very good

Liked: The hotel is simply decorated, the room is big enough, but the bathroom is small. The location is very good, close to attractions and subways, and there is a Tram station at the door, which is very convenient.

A good place for a...

Liked: Good shower, nice to have a balcony, polite staff, clean sheets. Nice quality toiletries for showering and washing hands.
Disliked: The kitchenette was not easy to work with. A microwave but no crockery or cutlery, glasses or proper cups. We went downstairs and asked the next day, but wasn't ideal when we arrived late and had purchased food to eat there. Hairdryer was also not great.

Liked: Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The property was well located, close to shopping and the ferry port.

It is suitable for family...

Liked: The room is big. It is located in a good zone. Breakfast is good.

A couple oddities, but overall...

Liked: We were staying overnight to catch a cruise the next day. The location is very near to the free cruise shuttle and was extremely convenient. It’s also walkable from the main train station (St. Charles). The staff were all very accommodating, polite, ans spoke English. (Much as I’d like to be able to, I don’t think I could manage to check into a hotel in French)
Disliked: The bathroom was fully functional, but oddly designed. The WC was in its own little room (not with the main vanity and shower), tiny, and had perhaps the smallest sink I’ve ever witnessed in a building. To be clear this was just an inconvenience and not a deal breaker to us, but odd nonetheless. On the upside, the main portion of the bathroom had a larger sink, a shower, AND a separate tub.

Liked: The location just in front of Tram station
Disliked: Very modular toilette (small)

Lovely hotel near shopping centre

Liked: The rooms were lovely and clean and there were great sliding screens to section off the bed areas. It was nice to have daily house keeping. The property was opposite some good restaurants and a shopping centre.
Disliked: There were lots of mozzies in the room. Not sure how they got in because we did not open the windows. My kids had numerous bites. We stayed in April and the heating was permanently on and the rooms were uncomfortably hot, especially at night.
