Liked: Clean and neat with some nice design features. 15minutes walk to old town and town hall, and 3minutes walk to Rennes train and bus station.
Disliked: No safe deposit box in room.

Liked: Location, 5 mins from rail station.
Disliked: Complicated booking/payment system. Swiped my credit card twice? Jacuzzi did not look like it had been cleaned for some time. Pool ok Steam room ok.Meals somewhat lacking in substance and taste.King bed was in fact 2 singles put together, mattress on one had sunk,so had to change room.

Rennes Novotel Hotel

Liked: This hotel is central to railway station and the metro and bus station to Mount St Micheal. The staff were pleasant and helpful.Quiet and clean hotel. Ask for a quiet room and the staff accomodated me. Breakfast was very good. I would go back to this hotel. I really enjoyed the stay.
Disliked: Not much to dislike. Did not use spa.

Disliked: My recent stay at this hotel fell short of expectations. Despite its promising facade, the value for money was poor, the street noise disruptive, and drunken disturbances frequent. Dinner at the hotel was a tragic experience; waiting 30 minutes for service, only to be served terrible wine and subpar food, a true disappointment for French cuisine enthusiasts.

Disliked: We were not able to get into our room until 330 - 4pm or so. After a big day travelling it was a bit difficult as I was struggling with vertigo and dizziness. Exhausted.
