Friendly staff and ideally located...

Liked: Conveniently located for the cruise terminal.
Disliked: Restaurant was closed so the only option was to eat at the bar.

Liked: Close to the port
Disliked: The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. And for the kids? The sofa bed is more like torture than a real bed. Dirty floors. Have to pay to park on a hotel is criminal

Not worth the money

Disliked: Unfortunately, there was a pair of boxer shorts on a shelf by the entrance inside my room. The shower also had black hairs on the walls. I felt like I had checked in straight after the previous guest, and the room wasn't cleaned and checked properly. Me and my partner went to use the sauna but as we entered we realised it was room temperature. We dressed and left the sauna, explained to reception and they just said we should have turned it on. They should have told us this before we entered the leisure facilities door. By the time we had got dressed again we didn't want to go back and turn it on ourselves to enjoy the sauna. To add, the bed mattress was extremely hard.

Disliked: Rooms were hot. Sofa bed not suitable for children to sleep on kept catching her legs on the metal.frame. no one mentioned fans till I complained jn the morning and then no one was interested. Didn't sleep at all due to noise outside of boy racers and having windows open all night. Bathroom could see in when door shut no privacy. Food in rwaturant poor
