Liked: The pool facilities weren’t working and they didn’t state that before booking. The sofa bed is very dangerous for the children to be sleeping on as there’s a massive gap between the head and the sofa and full metal frame which my little one banged their face and cut their eye brow area
Disliked: Before booking you didn’t state that your leisure facilities weren’t working that’s the whole point of booking a facility with a pool for the children to occupied as we stayed there for two nights

Nothing to shout about but...
Liked: Very handy for the town centre/shops and also for the cruise terminal. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Cot was not laid out for our arrival for baby, had to ask for it. Then had to ask for blankets for baby. Restaurant was extremely unwelcoming. Sat for 10 mins without anyone coming back to give us menus and so got up and left.

Liked: Room and breakfast good
Disliked: Paid half board , problem with kitchen so no decent food available , evening meal should of just been unavailable and money refunded as total disaster . Half board only included two adult meals , not kids ,kids menu was three chicken strips and handful of red leaves at a high cost , small portion of fries £4 .. should of refunded and I could of taken family to a proper restaurant , half board only allowed £23 per person over that had to pay

Disappointed but room was comfy...
Liked: Good breakfast. Room was nothing exciting but reliably clean and comfortable. Good car park.
Disliked: Room was booked for 4 but had only been prepared for 2. Missing bedsheets, duvet, pillows, towels had to be requested. Reception staff got it sorted but no apologies. WhatsApp chat felt like we were bothering them (to obtain what we had paid for). Restaurant was large but empty at 8pm (4 tables used), yet we were told there would be an hour wait for the food… (event somewhere else in the hotel…? We were not informed). We had to walk to a nearby restaurant to find a good kids option. We had chosen this hotel to be able to eat quickly and go to bed soon after that… failed on these two fronts.
