Very disappointed as stayed couple...

Liked: The location
Disliked: It wasn’t clean very uncomfortable beds

Disliked: Upon arriving one of the receptionist very rude and arrogant and had a terrible attitude . Needs training In Customer relations Also the shower gel and soap which was heavy fell off the wall whilst I was having a shower and nearly fell on my foot ( it was initially stuck onto the wall with sticky tape !!)

Disappointing

Disliked: Hotel states no air con but there was constant cold air coming into the room through the vent which could not be turnt off, the heating was not allowed to be adjusted!? Therefore the staff had to give us a portable heater to keep the kids warm.Had to use a map to try and cover the air vent.

Liked: Pool was small but nice and cozy. We.had access until 10pm which was great. Room was old but in very good condition.
Disliked: Week shower and slightly bad wifi? Everything else was great.

Lovely will stop again, good...
