Novotel Sheffield Centre

Ideally situated between the railway station and the city centre. Good service and comfortable room.

Liked: Comfortable and the curtains blocked out any light at night.
Disliked: If you take the keycard out of the slot which allows you to use the lights when you go out, the sockets stop working, meaning your phone/computer isn't charged on your return.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Cost of breakfast.

Very disappointed

Liked: The property was not up to mark.The staffs were not friendly. Rooms were dirty. Swimming pools were not that great as expected. They also charged extra for parking our vehicle when had already payed for the rooms.Very disappointed with the service.

Fantastic stay

Liked: Perfect location for the city centre. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Great room, very clean and spacious.
Disliked: £18 for parking overnight is way way too expensive

Liked: When I travel to Sheffield I always stay at this hotel , due to its location, and proximity to Sheffields city centre, also the stay are always friendly and available to help
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean , and to see mould around the bath was a shock , then when I tried to have a shower before leaving the hose blew out of the bottom meaning the shower was broken .
