Helpful staff. Nice food. Shame...

Liked: Breakfast was as you would expect. Evening meal was good.
Disliked: They advertise the swimming pool but it wasn't open and wouldn't be until at least May. This should be explained on booking.com and their website

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good!
Disliked: We wanted to upgrade our room to a suite and pay the extra but the lady at the reception told us it is not possible. We could upgrade our room only if we pay the full price of the suite and we would have lost the money we paid for the normal room. Strange.Suite room was not available on booking.com but it was available at the hotel.

Liked: Except for the bath tube that was in bad condition, the room was clean, spacious and agreeable. The hotel is located east of Salerno, on the beach. You will need a taxi to the city center. Breakfast was industry standard, no complaints.
Disliked: The bath tube needs replacement.

Liked: Location view, staff, cleanliness.
Disliked: The room was too hot.

Poor

Liked: Breakfast was nice with good variety and very good coffee. Local train is close, easy to get to Salerno and Pompei.
Disliked: Poor quality of secondary bed. Bathroom needs renovation, not clean. Upon leave we wanted to ask the receptionist lady to help and fill our bottles with water, but she couldn't help with clean water option, and she recommended to buy bottled water at the bar. Not really environment and guest friendly.
