Super and just what was...

Liked: Staff were fantastic and so helpful. Parking was easy and excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was perfect.

Good stop over, value for...

Liked: Facilities at this hotel were excellent value for money. Great for a quick stop over while travelling south. Room was excellent, and staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t venture in to town.

Nice Modern Hotel

Liked: Nice Modern Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a good size and beds were comfy. Good choice of breakfast. Unfortunately the roof top terrace was closed but the pub/restaurant next door was more than adequate with helpful and friendly staff.

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: The Novotel and Ibis hotels share a building across the street from the train station, with trams stopping right in front. It's a short tram ride into the centre of town or a 20 minute walk. Safe, quiet neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful; lobby was cheerful. We didn't have the breakfast. Room was small but conveniently appointed. We heard a little bit of train noise (or maybe it was a garbage truck), but very muffled; didn't bother us.
Disliked: Novotel usually feels a bit more luxurious, with more spacious rooms.
