Very disappointing

Liked: Convenient for the tram Underground parking
Disliked: Paper cups Paper cups in a supposed 4 star hotel? I don’t think so! And a water fountain at the end of the corridor. Help yourself. And very expensive. Not in the middle or townAll in all very disappointing And we’ve had the same issues with this chainIn future unless it’s the only option we won’t book again No water in the room Position

My stay was excellent. Merci...

Liked: The room was very quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very dark which is excellent.
Disliked: The coffee or the milk was off. However the staff made me a cafe latte from the Nescafé machine behind the bar.The water for boiled eggs took forever to heat and though I left the egg in for 5 minutes it came out semi cooked.
