Liked: Access to excellent forest walks for the dog, just 1-2 minutes away
Disliked: Lack of electric points (pathetic for a newly refurbished hotel). Little room for bedside tables, light switch only one side. Renovations clearly done on the cheap, and not designed to last or breathe quality.

Liked: I wouldn’t say the room was dirty, but it definitely wasn’t clean enough. The breakfast was average, but the food-serving area felt very cramped. What left the worst impression, though, was the smell of rotting drainage from the bathroom sink. I stayed in two different rooms during my visit, and both had the same unpleasant smell.

Enjoyable but very deserted!

Liked: Recently refurbished. Enjoyable stay both food and room.
Disliked: Sadly hotel almost completely empty so difficult to locate any staff in reception,bar or restaurant. Very strange!

almost perfect, overall excellent stay

Liked: bed was great, blackout curtains worked well, food excellent, staff lovely, will stay again.Tesla chargers onsite so was perfect for our stay on towards Calais
Disliked: tv was unplugged so had to lift if off the wall to get it plugged in and working, usb and hdmi ports not working in room either so could not use firestick, not a huge issue but the only one we had.
