Just enough for short stays

Liked: Breakfast overcome the expectations. It was very nice. The only thing was the scrambled eggs which were dry. But the rest was ok. the hotel was located in a quiet zone.
Disliked: The reception staff was not very friendly. The rooms did not have a minibar, and the cleaning person only spread the blankets on the beds, but did not clean the shower and did not tidy up anything.

Disliked: I’ve been staying at Novotel few times now because it’s close to Erasmus college. However every time the facilities just get more average than the previous stay. Be it simple things like missing coffee creamers in the room with minimal facilities to dirty coffee mugs. So, very average effort to keep a repeat customer happy.

Excellent hotel experience!

Liked: Lovely people at the reception, nice service and a modern tidy room. We were with two children in the room, we had enough space and comfort. Fresh and enormous breakfast, we could enjoy it til 11 o’clock, we only had to leave at 12. No hurry.Great!
