Disliked: Unfortunately, there were not enough facilities for children, and the existing amenities seemed quite dated. The breakfast food was overcooked, and the beverage machines were unavailable due to a technical issue.

Liked: This was basic. Hardly any guests. Minimal service. Room service basic. Restaurant Duffey over priced and poor quality.
Disliked: Food. Buffet over priced and poor quality. Zero occupation, poor service

Very good

Liked: It was a good central location and walking distance to nearby restaurants. The front desk lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and upgraded us to a good room view. The carpet needs a decent deep cleaning as stains were on it and the bathroom needs to be clean properly. I identified a hazard in the laundry room and reported that and I had injured myself with bruising but not that serious. Thanks to the RD Supervisor that called me to check up on me and it was proactive of her.

Liked: I really loved the food, the view from our hotel room and the staff were awesome. I will always love the Novotel and it's always a go to for me and my family.
Disliked: Our bathroom had a smell to it, not like a horrible smell. I don't know how to explain it. The hotel was a bit unclean aswell. Like the walls, carpet.
