Liked: The location.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I didn’t feel appreciated or well cared for during my stay. The room was not clean and featured outdated furniture, fixtures, and upholstery, with noticeably old and stained carpeting. Housekeeping overlooked simple tasks like replacing used coffee mugs and water glasses on the second night. The bathroom lacked standard amenities and a basic vanity kit, which are typically expected in most quality hotels.We requested bathrobes and an extra towel, but since housekeeping didn’t respond via the room intercom, we had to go to reception. After a long wait, a staff member delivered the robes but forgot the towel. When we asked if they could bring it, the response was a blunt 'no' before they walked away. Overall, the service and cleanliness fell far below expectations.

Liked: I like that our room view was of the water front.
Disliked: Beddings were itching even though we had them changed, the floors appeared dirty when we entered the room, bathroom sink was not clean at all, some visible soap residue. Had the shower head replaced because it was filthy. Not what I expected a 4.5 star hotel to look like.

Liked: The staff were excellent and very welcoming. They gave good hints for our stay and nearby facilities. I was particularly impressed by the discrete way they dealt with a difficult guest whilst I was waiting. The location was excellent
Disliked: The room was tired and was due for a renovation (shelf under fridge, carpet, room door stiff)The room didn’t get serviced during our stay.
