Disliked: My city view room was of a hill, no city to be seen from level 2 and at the back of the hotel.The hot pools were cold in the morning.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Having to que for 30 mins to check in, also to que for 30 mins for breakfast. Having to ask 3 times for the bed to be made up for the kids and provide more than two towels as there were four staying. Once finally receiving sufficient towels for the family we went to the hot pools to find they were cold - Lukewarm at best, what a letdown....

Liked: Facilities. The pool. The staff. Bar and restaurant.
Disliked: They had my name on a room we liked but were told it was not available upon checking in. So we had to go to a different room and transfer over to a room we booked.

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING! It's the worst Novotel experience I've ever had!
Disliked: It was incredibly noisy, there was no parking, it was terribly dirty bedroom carpets were not vacuumed. Public spaces and lifts were terrible.

Liked: Did not do breakfast. We liked staff, brilliant considering they were super busy with lots of complaints.bed was great, view delightful,location 10/10.
Disliked: Booking in a fiasco, noisy air con in room and fridge light to bright. Dirty cups were a bit off putting. It’s obvious it’s all a bit run down. Expected more for the $275 for one night plus $15 parking. Dinner buffet designed to feed the masses so that’s all I can say about that. The staff were the highlight and a reminder of what good hospitality is.
