Liked: location to ICC was excellent. Room, bed, bathroom all exceeded expectations. Breakfast was the cherry on the cake! Will be staying here again
Disliked: would have loved a bath, but that might be a room upgrade!

Exactly what you'd expect from...

Liked: Normal Novotel experience and clean rooms. Everything worked fine.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was very expensive and very low quality. Half the hot food was cold and the qualty of the food itself wasn't great (under cooked bacon, and over cooked eggs for example).

Liked: Location and room was nice.
Disliked: Difficult to understand where i can get amenities.

Excellent stay and will stay...

Liked: We stayed for 3 nights it was a perfect location for us. The property was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and always happy to help.
Disliked: Only mild thing was we couldn’t connect to the streaming services and the aircon in the room was slightly loud.
