Liked: Every staff member we encountered were very friendly. Truly great service.
Disliked: The room is a little small -.lets call it cosy!

Perfect location for weekend getaway...

Liked: The location is fantastic, so close to lots of great restaurants and cafes around Chinatown, Darling Square and Darling Quarter, 10min walk to George St to get the tram and only 10mins walk from Town Hall or Central train station. Comfortable room, quiet too. Great buffet breakfast. Book in advance and better price.
Disliked: We weren’t told much about the hotel when we arrived such as the pool or breakfast. The QR code on the card we were given didnt work which is where other info was located but couldn’t access it and hard to find the info on the website.

Liked: Fantastic position and upon arrival they acknowledged the note I had written and upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of red wine to celebrate with. We felt very welcomed and valued.

Liked: Absolutely cannot fault the location! Just steps to food halls, restaurants and ICC in Darling Harbour. In house restaurant is lovely for breakfast. Staff are always helpful and professional.
Disliked: Nothing!

Although it was very short...

Liked: It was immaculate, the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The location was great, within distance to Chinatown and Town Hall which was very convenient.
Disliked: The shower screen, when having a shower the water was leaking onto the floor outside of the shower in front of the bathroom sink.
