Liked: Absolutely cannot fault the location! Just steps to food halls, restaurants and ICC in Darling Harbour. In house restaurant is lovely for breakfast. Staff are always helpful and professional.
Disliked: Nothing!

Although it was very short...

Liked: It was immaculate, the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The location was great, within distance to Chinatown and Town Hall which was very convenient.
Disliked: The shower screen, when having a shower the water was leaking onto the floor outside of the shower in front of the bathroom sink.

Disliked: Bed mattress needs replacing. Myself and my partner woke up both nights with sore backs. Plus the stupid tv would not switch off of work properly, had to get staff help and the second night it finally worked after being reset

Liked: The room and location were excellent for the trip we had planned.
Disliked: Paid for parking, but the car park we were sent to had no available or reserved parks for the hotel. Spent 30 minutes in the carpark, and were only lucky enough to get one because someone left.

Liked: Great location if you love Asian food, and lots to do inside a 5-10 minute walk.
Disliked: We had a problem when we got to a room but the staff were great in helping us and sourcing another room
