This Novotel is located on the outskirts of Rennes a 15-minute drive from Rennes St Jacques Airport and the Exposition center. It offers modern rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Novotel Rennes Alma offers rooms with attached bathroom with flat-screen satellite TV with more than 40 channels. Room service is available. Disappointing

Liked: Room was ok. Restaurant staff where lovely.
Disliked: Reception staff where not welcoming. No please or thank you. Demanding instead of polite requests. Refugee tents right next to hotel and very run down outside.

Good location, helpful staff, breakfast...

Liked: Location, room, food in restaurant
Disliked: Alarming stains on the wall near the bed. We highlighted this on check-in and we were offered a change of room which we declined because we had unpacked. Breakfast cost us and extra €60, because the petit déjeuner option at under €10 was not visible when booking, the only option was breakfast @ €19 - this was very disappointing.

Exceptional, must be best hotel...

Liked: Everything was exceptional, staff was really polite, location of the hotel was amazing, near the mall. Facilities were amazing too.
Disliked: Nothing!
