Liked: Unfriendly and inattentive staff. The hotel repetition and bar area seems to have been recently refurbished but overall it lacks character. Drinks are overpriced and staff seemed very unhappy to be present

Liked: The bed was extremely uncomfortably. We booked the hotel because it had a swimming pool, this was actually closed at the time of our stay & we weren’t informed of this until we arrived & checked in.

Liked: Overall experience was excellent. I was expecting the same at the breakfast too, but it was not so. Restaurant staff cleared the Breakfast on time without informing the customers that we will take it off. I felt it was bit rude for your customers.
