the lady at the reception...

Disliked: the lady at the reception is verbally aggressive. I think he forgot that we pay to stay at this hotel. and she receives the salary that we visit this hotel. there was a lady, I think from China. do not recommend

OK but frustrating. broken lifts....

Liked: food was fine..
Disliked: communication regarding swipe cards. ..hotel wasn't signed so was nightmare to find car park causing stress.

Liked: The location was great. Staff were friendly
Disliked: More information should have been given by the receptionist, especially about the lift. The toilet was separate from the bathroom with no sink.
