Disliked: Service at the restaurant was not at Novotel standard. Understaffed and not experienced.The new front desk style is not good. It looks like students sitting at a table, with papers all over the place!

A mistake if you’re looking...

Liked: Helpful and friendly receptionist. Comfortable room.
Disliked: The property was in total darkness and we spent several minutes looking for the entrance. Walking from car parking to reception required our phone torch to see the way.The restaurant was closed all evening. After driving hundreds of miles and having booked somewhere with a decent restaurant, this was a major disappointment.Breakfast was very ordinary and despite lots of staff around only one attempted to be helpful.

Liked: Central location when travelling. Rooms are clean and plenty of parking space
