Disliked: Breakfast was ok but could be better with fresh cut fruit etc. Parking payable as an extra, bedroom a little tired and air conditioning not working too well

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were nice breakfast was ok
Disliked: Overpriced. Tiny room for price nothing special about it. Burget travel lodge size decor stains and cigarettes burns on room carpet. 16 Euro city tax when it is not in the city.. Would never stay at that hotel again.

Good Hotel but with less...

Liked: Having to pay to use Shuttle Service is pain. Also, one have to reserve upfront to get place in shuttle. €4 / person per ride is too costly and that too only upto Roissypolè. For a family of three, Bolt ride would cost only around €9 as opposed to €12 to use shuttle service. Also, breakfast menu (Only Asian friendly menu) is same on all the four days I stayed there.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was okay, spacious and the hotel is close to the airport.
Disliked: Everything seemed dead and empty at 11 PM. They have a damage policy which seems extreme - charging a deposit of about 500 USD, which then they decided to do it for 50 USD. I wrote asking about the shuttle and got a very generic answer, not really answering my question. The rooms are not as nice as in the pictures. I couldn't buy anything to eat even though I had read that the bar is open until 1200.

Terrible Experience! Won’t stay there...

Disliked: Inefficiency. When I arrived (in the afternoon), there was only one person at the front desk attending to someone, and another in line, so I had to wait for awhile before I was attended to. Unfriendliness. Staff members were unfriendly.Poor facility management. Elevator looked and felt old (I was quite scared using it!). Facility generally looked old (door access devices looked very old) and used (the kettle in my room had been patched up with a black tape!!!). Room was not clean. I had to immediately ask for a change of room. New room was no better. I had to cancel my booking (and therefore I lost €141 without even sleeping the night) and move to a new hotel (Novotel Suites) that same evening.
