Novotel Paris Pont De Sevres

Welcoming hotels, clean and comfortable....

Liked: Great location, easy parking facilities, lovely breakfast in the morning, very clean and well put together. Staff all very obliging and happy to help.
Disliked: Taxi orders by the hotel was crazily expensive for a short trip. Make sure you check this in advance. We were charged £42 for a 1.7 mile trip to Parc de Princes by the recommended company for a family of 5. Just something to be aware of if relying on concierge service.

Liked: The breakfast was simply a treat, it speaks for itself. The hotel was a three minute walk from where my son lives and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly and even though there was a language bearer tried to help.
Disliked: The refrigerator did not get cold and we repeatedly tried to convey this to the staff but after six days it still was not fixed. In hindsight, if could have been due to the fact that you must leave your room key in a switch near the door for your electricity to work. Don't really know but it is a great hotel anyway. There are no ice machines and I didn't see anywhere to purchase ice in that area.
