Liked: The location of the hotel was very convenient.
Disliked: Not the most polite staff except for 2 persons at the restaurant of the hotel. Also for for the 2 days of our staying things like sanitary bags or toilet paper were not re-stocked after cleaning and we did have to ask them twice. Also, our room was not ready on check in time and after we received the key 45 minutes after the check-in hotel staff was in the room still trying to open-up the sofa bed. So based on the above our experience mentiona that they have a lack of organisation.

So central and close to...

Liked: The central location was the best aspect of the property. Given the hotel was full and very busy there were some requests that were not met, for example, the lights that did not work in the corridor outside my room that were not fixed over the 4 nights stay I had. Concierge was also not the best however Front Desk staff made up for that.Given all of that I felt safe in this part of Paris as it was close to the tourist spots but still not in the thick of them. Additionally, the central location was great for access to top notch restaurants in the 1st Arr, walking distance (slightly long) to the great cafes and restaurants in the Latin Qtr and Saint Germain and easy access via the Metro (Chatelet) outside the hotel. Free ice cream in the lobby was also available to all guests in the afternoons and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.
Disliked: Not much - a little noisy and cramped in the lobby as part of it was closed for renovations. But when i was there last year it was fine.

Disliked: Expensive for what it provides. We stayed over for a night before flight jn Paris and needed a room that would accommodate 3 people which is hard to find in Paris. Hotel was in super rough shape.
