Liked: The location is great, very close to city centre. Nice but quite tiny rooms.
Disliked: The place for breakfast is quite small and hardly could take all the guests of the hotel. Breakfast is the same every day. No cosmetic accessories in the bathroom except for one-for-all shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Nice staff, convenient location but...

Liked: Very nearby parking space, convenient location at it’s nearby to city centers and attractions, decent breakfast but the highlight is the staff who greeted us the night we arrived, he’s kind and resourceful.
Disliked: Very loud aircond noise (not too sure what caused it), thin walls since we can hear every neighbors’ doors opening and closing, bed and pillows could be of better quality.

Liked: I stayed at the Best Western Empire Elysées during my trip to Paris and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées, which makes it perfect if you want to explore the city on foot. At the same time, it’s tucked away on a quieter street, so you get both convenience and peace, which is rare in central Paris.The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming. They were happy to answer questions and gave me useful tips for moving around the city. The lobby felt cozy and modern, setting the right tone from the start.My room wasn’t huge, but this is Paris, and for the location it was more than enough. The bed was really comfortable, everything was clean, and housekeeping did a great job of keeping it tidy every day. I also liked the little touches like tea/coffee facilities and a minibar—it made the stay feel more comfortable.Breakfast was one of the highlights. The variety was impressive: hot options like scrambled eggs and pancakes, fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, and plenty of drinks. Even when it was busy in the morning, the staff managed everything with ease, keeping things organized and smooth.Combined with such a central location and friendly service, this hotel is a real gem. I’ll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Paris.
