Liked: Very clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff

Good location and room was...

Liked: The location was excellent due to being right across the Bercy metro station. It made it easier when exploring the city.
Disliked: We arrived with the coffee cup unclean. There was a lipstain on it. The room was warm at night and didn't have a good air conditioning. This was in the beginning of May so you can open the window for some cooler air but still not very comfortable plus outside is a very high traffic walkway so it is noisy. My daughter had food poisoning before Paris so we couldn't arrive for the first night and I asked if I could get a refund due to medical reason but I was denied.

Great starting point for getting...

Liked: The location was really suitable for getting both to the historical centre and Disneyland. The hotel is nicely furnished. The choice of food at breakfast is fine. The kids loved the sweets at the reception :D There are quite a few bistros and restaurants around.
Disliked: I travelled with two kids - one is 16 and one 10. The beds which were meant for them were really narrow.
