Great place to stay to...

Liked: Excellent location! It was right next to Accor Arena which was perfect for me because I was there for a concert. It was a great walkable location. We walked to a nearby park and bercy village with lots of shops. So many restaurants options were close by as well. It’s a great location to get around to all of Paris. There is a metro in the premises.
Disliked: The property was clean and convenient location to get around to all of Paris.

Disliked: I had to wait to 5pm for my check in. I booked a room. With a bathtub bit got a shower. The king size bed was 2 single beds next to each other. No bottle of water was offered. This is not a 4 stars hotel. I am very disappointed.

Liked: The location was great, right next to the Accor centre which was perfect for us as we attended a concert during our stay. The hotel is near a variety of restaurants and supermarkets and there is a Metro right outside.The bed was comfortable, and the corridors to our room always smelt great. One of the cleaners were nice as we asked her what she used to make the area smell so good she returned and showed us it was a carpet cleaner disinfectant. The hotel always smelled good.
Disliked: We got the family room for 3 adults and it was extremely small. We had to keep squeezing past each other to go to the bathroom as the bed was right next to bathroom door and had to turn our body side ways up the side of the bed to enter into the bathroom. Also we was under the impression that there was a fridge in the rooms from the questions asked by previous visitors on the website, only to discover once we checked in that the fridges were removed from the rooms a while ago and only in the executive rooms. The fridge section in the room is now an empty space. This was extremely disappointing as the reason we chose this hotel was based on the fact it had good location and a fridge. We brought fridge items e.g Oat milk/ cheese etc that we could not store. Out the 6 days we stayed, 2-3 mornings around 7am there was drilling/bangs noises which sounded like there was building work going on which woke us up. Staff were not that friendly, there was 3 of us sharing a room but there was only 2 cups in the room, when asking staff doing the morning rounds if we could have another cup it was like we was asking them for money they very reluctant and we we had to show them that there was actually 3 of us in the room. We asked if we could have a few English breakfast tea bags restocked in the room as we each tend to have a cup of tea in the mornings. Again very reluctant, wanted to give us 1 and we practically had to beg them most days to give us 3 tea bags so we could have our morning drink. There was no milk provided in the room so on a few occasions we went downstairs and asked if we could have a drop of milk to take back to the room to have with our tea and the staff behind the bar would grunt and mumble something under their breath. This happened a few times, so we ended up buying milk from the supermarket. Honestly, I don’t think I would stay at this particular hotel again.
