Exceptional

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, great location with transport links. Clean and spacious room, no issues at all during the stay.

Passable

Liked: Sufficient space in the room.
Disliked: AC unit was not woking continiosly. It was required to ask reception to start AC. Every day after midnight AC was stoping automaticaly.Dinner menu poor qiality of hamburger, kids didn't eat even half, poor quality of ice cream.

Airco did not work, terrible...

Liked: New facilities, nice atmosphere. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The airco did not work. We kept asking the reception, every time they activated it, but then it always turned off every 2-3 hours. During the night we had a sauna, terrible. The smell in the room was like sewage, we could open the window for like 5 cm, no more, so we could not even change the air. Anyway, we got infested by mosquitoes. The staff at the reception is made by young personnel, some of them pretty useless.

Liked: Friendly staff. The inconvenience of moving from one room to another due to the lack of hot water was resolved by the manager through an arrangement that suited us.Convenient location near the metro, and the rooms are quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast was not great for a 4-star hotel. There was a strange smell on the floor, apparently from an air freshener.No drinking water provided in the room.
