Comfortable bed; nice size; nice bathroom; great views. A great experience, merely minutes from our destination. Overall would recommend.

Disliked: The hallways were dark and the carpet was old. Needs an upgrade.

Excellent stay!

Liked: Very clean, well appointed rooms. In room coffee and tea were fabulous! Parking garage was clean, easy to access your room. The Albion Rooms restaurant was convenient. Very close to the Byward Market and the Rideau Mall. Central to all attractions.
Disliked: The price was a little high, when you factor in a separate charge for parking.

Liked: There was a long wait to check in and no where to park prior to checking in as there were other cars in front of yhe hotel.Over an hour waiting .

Disliked: Room amenities were quite limited during my stay. The in-room fridge was completely empty, with no minibar provided. Additionally, there was no bottled water available, which is typically expected at this level. The absence of a vending machine or convenience option in the lobby made it difficult to purchase basic necessities such as water.Furthermore, the late check-out policy felt excessive…an additional charge of $125 for just three extra hours seemed disproportionately high.

Disliked: I was very annoyed because on arrival at midnight with an early start, I was told my room rate did not include breakfast although I had booked flex rate and breakfast with booking.copm. However on checkout I was told it did include breakfast by which time, I could only grab a coffee. This is not good service and I should get a refund for breakfast not taken.
