Novotel Orléans Centre Gare

Very clean and modern hotel...

Liked: Very central. Clean, modern, great and friendly staff. Spa is nice and spacious and were not too many guests. Rooms are lofty and modern. Great tea and coffee for free and parking is also free.
Disliked: Honestly everything was great

Disliked: Some staff - not all- seemed surly and unhappy (including towards us, for no reason related to us)

Liked: Location, pool, sauna, friendly staff
Disliked: First room the first night stank so bad like animals and drain stank too. Next morning I told them it wasn’t acceptable. They organized another room. Initially on separate floor from the room with the kids, however after challenging this they organized another free upgrade to a larger room on the same floor. The normal rooms are quite small.

Hospitable and convenient hotel in...

Liked: Victoire and all of the staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is located in a great area to walk to all of the sites. Breakfast was a good value.
Disliked: Smell of toilet in room

Very good

Liked: Great location near railway and a five minute walk into the centre. Staff very pleasant. Room very quiet. Liked being able to open our window. Good wifi.
Disliked: Premium room is still very small, pillows needed replacement. I would have liked a lounge area for guests to sit in as there was no room in the bedroom to sit and read.

Good place for an overnight...
