Disliked: 3rd floor hallway carpet really needs replacement, room furniture was tired

Perfect hotel

Liked: Everything was excellent: the room with its facilities, spa and swimming pool, breakfast and staff.
Disliked: The pillows were really uncomfortable. It was really impossible to sleep on them. One would expect from a hotel with such excellent facilities and service quality to provide good quality/ergonomic pillows. Hopefully the hotel will address this matter!
