Great sleep, in a clean...
Liked: The inside of this hotel was lovely and clean with fresh friendly and welcoming staff, the shower in our room was amazing and I like the fact that the shower room and toilet are separated by a wall. Room facilities were good a menu would have been good as the QR didn’t work, but sheets were fresh and we had a great sleep,
Disliked: There are cobwebs above the front door that are not overly welcoming, there are cobwebs on the outside of every window which put me off opening the windows however the air con is amazing! There is no sign from the road so we drive straight past and ended up at an immigration hotel down the road. The QR code in our room didn’t work, the phone was in Spanish and there was no menus or how to contact reception, I used my mobile phone to ring down to reception. They were very short staffed and whilst the two member of staff did there very best the wait time for a drink at the bar was quite long and they didn’t have quite a few bits that were on the menu, which restricted the food choices, so we didn’t eat there.

Room and breakfast were fine...
Disliked: Our drinks glasses where still on the table outside 24 hours later and the ash tray on the same table was not emptied for our entire stay The bar was not restocked with wine my wife was drink 24 hours later saying it was in the cellar and not chilled ?

Definitely would stay here again!!...
Liked: Really clean. Bedroom was a great size with everything you need in there.Best 2 nights sleep I've had in a hotel.The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice.
Disliked: Perhaps the menu could have more 'homemade' items on it. I had the lasagne and it was very much a frozen microwave one without much flavour to it.But this was made up for by a fantastic choice you had at breakfast

Brilliant family friendly facility
Liked: Easy parkingEasy check inCute kids area - this was so welcoming and made us feel the hotel was instantly kids friendly so didn’t feel like we had to apologise for them making noise. Staff friendly and helpful - especially for grabbing milk for us for our little one and breakfast staff made us feel reassured we weren’t a nuisance Very clean - all around the hotel!Family room perfect for our needsFood was excellent
