unprofessional service
Liked: nothing as I couldn’t have my room due to the hotel being closed when I got there
Disliked: the fact I’ve now received a parking fine for parking in the property car park while I try to find other accommodation due to being told the hotel was closed on arrival

cancelled our room with only 4 days notice due to Asylum seekers occupying the hotel
Disliked: Cancelled our room with only 4 days notice due to Asylum seekers occupying the hotel, we booked in advance to get the best price and ended up having to book another hotel at double the cost due to the late notice. When asked why they were cancelling our room I was told theyre not allowed to disclose this information as instructed by head office but a quick google search told us it had been occupied by asylum seekers therefore closed to the public, disappointed it took them so long to let us know.

Disliked: Well I can't give a review as you Cancelled my booking stating you were closed .But when we drove past you were clearly Open!But we'll done as we stayedat the HolidayI Inn and had a fabulous stay.So thank you .I suggest you are more honest with your guest.You all so made us cancell the booking or were going to charge us.
